Catherine Bayfield, Director

Catherine was Senior Producer at GMTV, responsible for deciding which items went into the main programme and "made air" on LK Today. At London Tonight she was Head of Planning. She has also worked as a producer/guest booker at Sky News and was the producer of The Richard Littlejohn show on Sky One. Catherine began her career in regional radio and spent a number of years working for regional TV.

Catherine has worked in broadcast PR for five years and is a founding director of Shout! Communications.

Karen Haynes

Keren Haynes, Director

Keren was a reporter journalist in the BBC’s Business Unit. You could have heard her on Radio 4’s Today Programme, Radio 5’s Drivetime, Radio 2’s Johnny Walker programme as well as BBC1 summaries, News 24 and BBC World Service TV. Prior to the BBC she worked as a News Editor at ITN.

At Sky TV she was a general reporter and she read the news on Central West in Birmingham. She has worked as a journalist in the Middle East and Hong Kong but first cut her teeth in broadcasting in local radio.

Keren left journalism to set up the broadcast department for Firefly Communications. She is a founding director of Shout! Communications.

Keren oversees media relations campaigns, and is also one of Shout!’s producers and media trainers.
