P&O Cruises

The launch of P & O Cruises’ latest and smallest cruise ship, the “Adonia”, the godmother of whom as Dame Shirley Bassey, DBE.

Shout! was tasked with securing coverage across radio, TV and online.   Shout! recommended and supplied a helicopter for aerial arrival shots, a dockside radio studio and a TV satellite truck to play out pictures from the naming ceremony. 

Coverage included the Jeff Randall Show on Sky News, 3 regional TV news programmes, PA Multimedia and ITN Productions.   BBC News, the Mirror and the People covered the story online and interviews were aired on 10 national and regional radio stations.
