Webchats are more interactive – an opportunity to pose questions to an expert or spokesperson.
The subject is promoted ahead of the webchat, and a targeted and relevant audience are encouraged to submit their own written questions in advance.
Typically a spokesperson/people will be in one of our studios alongside a moderator.
