P&O Cruises: Britannia Naming Ceremony

Communications has had the pleasure of supporting P&O Cruises with broadcast PR for several ship launches, but a naming ceremony that involves the Queen is always going to be that extra bit special. This was the case with Britannia when she was unveiled at a spectacular launch in March 2015.

Chris Packham’s BioBlitz

Chris Packham, known for his passion for animals and wildlife, was launching the UK’s first ever wildlife audit. His goal was to highlight the extent to which the nation’s species are under threat and this was to be the first independent audit of its kind in the UK.

McDonalds partnered with The FA

Red Consultancy commissioned Shout! Communications to promote their client, McDonald’s, and the Grassroots Football Awards campaign. Former England footballer, Martin Keown, was the spokesperson for the campaign, having played at grassroots level as a child before going on to play professionally for several top division clubs.

Project Shout

Shout! was asked to secure national and regional TV and radio coverage for a campaign warning that cases of carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning are rising, despite the efforts of campaigners to encourage people to protect themselves with an alarm.

NHS Technology

Shout! produced a short video cartoon of live animation and came up with an innovative and fun way of explaining complex Government strategy. We engaged a cartoonist who depicted the Secretary of Health’s vision of a paperless NHS. The challenge was to keep the viewers engaged.

Help For Heroes Livestream

The charity Help For Heroes commissioned Shout! Communications to stream a live Q&A session on their Facebook page, as part of World Mental Health Day. The aim was to generate awareness for mental health issues among military personnel, promote the charity’s Hidden Wounds service, and to boost the exposure of Help for Heroes’ social media content.

Institute of Health Visiting
